Reflection
This math class was about Cosine and Sine, Radians vs. Degrees, and Coterminals. The teacher this semester was Vikkie.My favorite part of this class was the Radians vs. Degrees. It was really easy to get the hang of and when I did I actually enjoyed doing it. My least favorite part of this class was definitely Cosine and Sine. I was never able to get it down and maybe that was because we didn’t spend enough time on it.
Everything I learned this semester was new. I liked this because for the past two years I had been reviewing and doing the same stuff over and over again. Cosine and Sine were taught, but I would’ve liked to have spent more time on it because I was never able to understand it. If I took this class next semester I think we should focus a little more on proficiency stuff because I still need to pass that.
Topics I believe need to be covered for the proficiency are Geometry, Numbers and Operations, and Measurement because those were the topics I got the lowest score on. Math skills I feel I have improved on would be the Radians vs. Degrees because I feel I can remember how to do it with just looking at it. Skills I feel I still need improvement on are Cosine and Sine. This will probably be on the proficiency and I still don’t understand it.
